They all have a deep meaning for each member. They also released a WINGS short film for these songs which are connected to the BTS universe. Wings era really hits different

When I first learned what the lyrics was, my respect for Jin grew even more. This song is heartbreaking. Later on, I found out from ARMY that the petals he was referring to in the song was his 6 members. He mentioned that he cannot "fly" like the petals over there and then in the 2nd stanza he said that when he was asked if he was alright, he said he's afraid but "even so, he clutched the 6 petals in his hand". With this in mind, you'll understand that the lyrics reflects his feelings as a member of BTS and he feels like he is not as great as the others but "even so, wants to struggle". So he accepts his reality and tries harder, hence the lyrics he will stretch out his hand and try to run a little more. Jin is always funny and bubbly on the outside but little did we know this internal struggle he's dealing with. And we can see how much Jin has improved over the years vocally. It's astounding. This song makes me emotional every time. So much respect for him.

You can also check out the explanation for the blood sweat and tears video it's fascinating. That album is an experience, it's based on a book called Demian. The Bangtan universe made me respect bts artistry even more!

I love all 4 members of the vocal line, each one has something different, and they all just fit together so perfectly. Jin's voice has always been one of my favorites overall though. I love that in listening to BTS's discography you can hear the changes and the progression. From pre-debut songs he did with RM and Suga, to this song right here- He made a lot of changes to how he performs vocally, and this song showed that despite everything said about him, he belongs in the vocal line. This song is one of favorites because I remember how shocked fans were to hear Jin sing like this. It's like when their take on Seo Teji's 'come back home' was released and ARMYs were literally arguing over who was doing the high notes at the beginning. Many said JK, and many said Jimin but then we got the live performance and those ARMYs were rocked when they saw Jin, center Jin hitting those high notes with his six brothers surrounding him. It was great, and I hope you get to watch the live performance of that eventually. Someone else mentioned this, but, Jin also released a song called 'Super Tuna' for his birthday, like... some hours ago. And it has me rolling. It's literally a song about wanting to catch a fish. lol. Which, hopefully you guys will at some point react to Bon Voyage and you'll see where Jin picks up his fishing hobby. The man is just amazing and effortlessly hilarious. And thank you guys for all the Jin content. 💜

My favourite solo songs of his are Epiphany, Abyss and Moon. On a different note - another place Jin really shines is on Run BTS. It will take a while before you see it, but there are some iconic episodes where I’m either laughing or completely amazed because of him.
