Patreon Pledge Updates

Hey guys! I hope you're well.

I spent a few hours trying to film this in video form, but I'm currently going through one of those phases where I feel awkward and uncomfortable with how I look and all I want to do is hide under a tent.

I wanted to let you know of a few updates I've made to the pledges before the next monthly charge on February 1st.

For the $1 tier, I'm going to be replacing Check-In videos with more frequent text/picture updates, as well as more Lens stories. I've noticed that the past check-in videos get about 20-ish views and there's about 450 of us here. I'm hoping to find a better and more efficient way to keep you posted. :) 

I'm removing Office Hours, too, because at this time I need to focus on working on creating stuff by myself before I open up to feedback. I feel simultaneously extra fragile and inspired. There has been so much on my mind and I want to make the most of this rush of creativity and emotions. The Office Hours vids were also viewed by less than 20% of you, so again, it's an opportunity to search for alternatives. 

The $3 and $5 pledges will stay the same for now.

The $10 pledge is going paperless. Hehe. This will now be a digital handwritten note instead of a physical letter. I loooove sending physical letters, but in doing the full Math of all the fees and costs, there are times when it ends up costing more than the pledge itself to mail letters since I have to go through a 3rd party to send them via the US. 

The $20 pledge will stay the same with the handwritten letter and signed pic.

$50 stays the same, too.

I've been super quiet this month here on Patreon. I apologize for that. The year has started a bit struggly for me and I've been figuring things out. I have to remember to not stay silent through those moments.

My main professional goal for this year is to create more things. More videos, release more songs, write more blog posts, write, write, write. My personal goal is to lose weight. hehe.

The first project of the year is a Lord of the Rings/Tolkien EP. Wooo! I am shooting the video for Into the West next week.

After that, I'll record May It Be, and I think that's all the tracks. + Misty Mountains + Pippin's Song/In Dreams, previously recorded.
