Thought I would show you the editing process on this one.
It's been the most work I've done for a set to date, here's a not so exact breakdown:
- Concept drawings and ordering/buying supplies: 2 weeks
- Building literally just clouds: A little over a week
- Building and troubleshooting the physical set: over a week
- Makeup involving fake tattoos, eyelashes and pearls: 2 hours
- The actual photo shoot: 2 hours plus 15min to reshoot specific shots
- Sorting through 80+ photos and then editing: 2 days
and just so you have an idea for how long it took to edit this single photo, it was roughly an hour. I created clouds that weren't there, painted in the background, brightened it all up, blurred and focused it up, made some skin edits like removing old scars and the like, etc.
I'm still very much an amateur when it comes to photoshop, and by no means will a lot of the backgrounds look the same from photo to photo. I'm editing to make each single photo look the best it can. I hope that makes sense?
With that being said, I'll be releasing throughout the day. The pride shoot might not be out today as I literally got my pride swimsuit this morning. Maybe its a day late minishoot? We shall see!
xoxo
