“Sorry, Zen,” pouted Kat, “I just wanted some alone time with you for once.”
“You couldn’t have waited until I got out of bed?” Zen asked.
“No,” she bluntly said in an emphatic tone. It sent a jolt through Zen as until now, he hardly heard Kat be so direct, nevermind dry enough to take control of a situation. Assuming there was a pipe bomb in his room, her behavior might have actually made sense, but he had been negligent towards his friends as of late, Kat included, so simply remained quiet as she kept speaking.
“I had to get you as soon as I could because I knew otherwise I’d never see you again until later tonight when you’d want to just be on your own.”
“You could have asked if I wanted to spend time with you.”
“But that’s the thiiiiing! You always go straight to bed when you get home. It’s always just a little wave to us then you mosey down the hall and fall into bed. I can’t even remember the last time you wanted to eat with me and everyone else at the table.”
“Then let’s take it slowly, little by little. I promise if you give me a chance, I won’t let you down.”
Kat folded her arms and blubbered her lips like a horse, her eyes darting off to the side before returning to Zen. “Okay. Do you want to spend time with me this morning?”
“Yes, of cour-”
“Alrighty! Let’s go to the garden then, c’mon!”
In a single second, a smile met across Kat’s once gloomy face and she turned on her heel before clicking it against her other foot. Hips sashayed left-and-right as she sauntered down the last hall which gradually expanded outward as she traveled. The way to the garden meant opening the path much wider as it could easily house three people by themselves, nevermind the rest of Zen and Kat’s friends and family living amongst them. All the better for Zen himself to falter from behind, his heartbeat rising again as Kat’s ass cheeks shifted with every step she took.
