Fumble in the Forest!!! (HWHR Kim Pine vs. Ragatha)

Ragatha was waddling through the woods, hidden behind the trees save for her massive hips stretching past the structures as if it were bulging out. She kept her forehead glued to the tree while a never ending scream kept blaring inside her mind. Whoever might be over there would no doubt kick the stuffing out of Ragatha if she took another step, nevermind went up and politely asked for help. Waiting for an opening could only help her so much when the entire forest disappeared into darkness anyway. Any more time spent stalling and she, Bon Bon, and Sasha would have to be sleeping on the grass with nothing to cover themselves other than the clothes on their back, and they didn’t have jack there, aside from Bon Bon.

When Ragatha leaned her body sideways and squinted her eyes, she squeezed the bark with her mitten-like hands before a red blotch danced out of the corner of her eyes. Please don’t let that be a raccoon, Ragatha thought to herself. She graduated towards hugging the tree outright as the undeniable sound of footsteps crunching across the ground grew louder. Her legs shivered before she spun around to the other side of the tree and steadied her breath, quietly rehearsing everything she could say to this new stranger until the clacking of boots came to an abrupt end.

Kim stalled on the other side of the tree as her huge dark eyes softened gradually. For a moment, she swore she could hear another person breathing, yet she didn’t feel them so much as sense them like she did the wilderness around her, as if they weren’t even human. She couldn’t take the risk either way, especially if that creature who jumped on the roof of the dome were any example. A cool groan escaped her lips when Kim leapt to the side and went dead still at the plump, human-like doll that screamed right in front of her before they fell on their massive butt.
