By signing up to the higher tiers, you can have your original characters cameo in certain chapters of HWHR, whether they're sparring with anyone on the main roster or doing something more wholesome or even risque. Big thanks again to UndergroundJ for doing the artwork, as he'll once again be providing it for different set pieces as a reward. Consider upgrading to the Milk Jug/Truck tiers if you're interested and receive some other perks, like discounts on commissions and even monthly prompts!
