Thank you for taking time to share specific hotlines for our lovely rainbow folks. I agree that in times like this, it feels even more important. Thank you also for sharing abit of your experience and for your support. Things will get better, you're already on the path there 🫂

2025-08-09 13:53:58 +0000 UTCThis kinda makes my stuff seem like small potatoes, which is kinda nice. I’m not gonna down the mood by going in-depth, because frankly I’m too lazy to type it all out, but my anxiety tended to manifest in extreme nausea and, during some bad periods, daily vomiting. During the pandemic, it got really bad and expanded into other things. I’ll probably lay it all out anonymously if you do another “Your story” audio, but I ended up confining myself to my room for the year. I needed a very forceful push from loved ones to enter the outside world again. Anyways, it’s nice to hear about other people’s stories. It puts things into perspective. Much love

2025-08-06 20:02:09 +0000 UTCThe US hotline-988 1-800 273 8255 Because this is important in our time right now in the US LGBTQ US hot line : 1-888-843-4564 Go a bit nonverbal if you're having a crisis? No problem, the US has a text line as well, contact HOME to 741741 Need specific LGBT help when nonverbal or maybe more confidentiality? No problem again, text PRIDE to 988 or text START to 678-678 Again I feel very deeply about this subject, if you or someone you know is dealing with DV or SA, or you are a survivor having a crisis, feel free to contact 800-656-4673 for sexual assault and harassment, 800-799-SAFE Lastly, if you really feel like you are a danger to yourself, seek out the ER. Call hotlines. Get help. You deserve to be taken care of and you deserve to feel safe. And more importantly, you deserve to LIVE and breathe. To see the clouds finally part and let the sunshine warm your skin. To know the storm is passed and you are more than safe, you're loved. You deserve to see the days when its not just gray skies and heavy loads, days where the sun kisses your cheeks and smiles feel weightless. Its incredibly brave for you to be here, and im so proud of you for getting the help you needed. This was a really vulnerable and yet brave thing to talk about. For the record, im so glad you're here and you're getting the help you need. To be honest, me being vulnerable myself. If it weren't for your content, I would've kept just barely living day to day and staying in my vices or something happening that I don't dare to even imagine. Its such a small thing, yet I'm getting help because like you said. Theres no harm in trying, yeah? So thank you. And I'm so very proud💜
