Your best looks different on different days, relative to your circumstances at the time. It's silly to think that there's a one-size fits all for the meaning of success and "best," especially when there are other factors that affect our everyday lives. We should REALLY be asking what our BEST is relative to. I've been going through a lot of personal things lately that have affected my mental and emotional wellbeing the past few weeks, and I'm impressed on the days I even manage to cook a half-assed meal for myself. People think hustling at work is what's hard, but to some people, it's actually the easiest because it numbs the actual pain going inside. Sometimes facing things in life means sitting in bed and having a good cry while reflecting, and that is the BEST you can do for yourself on a day like that.
