Book 2 Opening Overhaul
Added 2025-05-15 19:46:40 +0000 UTCHey everybody, I've been working hard in the background to keep improving the story. With the edits in progress for Book 2 it was finally time to knock out the last chunk of modifications I wanted to make to ensure that it shined. As such, I've finally updated the beginning of the book to balance everything out and make sure that Sonya gets the focus that she deserves alongside Lillian's initial story.
I have written four new chapters that will become numbered chapters in the official release (I will be listing them as Prologues here). Other than that the affected chapters will be chapters 91-99. Some will remain unchanged but several will have modified scenes featuring Sonya as the POV rather than Lillian. These chapters have already been modified and the links are in the TOC. The new chapters are also in the TOC. As an aside I am also looking into moving the position of the first Lillian side-story and renaming it Camp 1.

Thanks again for reading Broker, heroes and villains. It's thanks to you that I'm able to continue to do this full time. I want to make this series the best it can be, so here's my latest effort.

I love the new additions! It really adds to Sonya's emotional state going into Book 2, and although we are still having a lot of questions, we aren't completely lost with Sonya and having that distract from Lillian. Also, seeing DeM use on Ollie and Lillian has a lot more meaning now. Finally, screw you for making me tear up in 97. Carla is the best T_T
