I have a feeling she's been there for a very long time considering her expression. She has seen this countless of times. Probably some kind of a professional who thought she could beat the system, but as expected lost and got trapped in there, but due to her skills has managed to avoid any considerable changes to her body for ages.

Especially if given a task right off the bat to fetch drinks and we all know what happens if you mess up. There just might be a quick transfer to some more stationary roles looming in the near future if handling the new form doesn't come very naturally.
