We all have a ton of useless stuff lying around we have forgotten over the years.
Some of that old forgotten stuff bought on an impulse can be downright magical and cause life changing things to occur when you stumble across it.

Aren't able to leave warnings, or aren't willing to. Maybe they went through a similar fate and decided to just let others enjoy the nice tits that often seem to ensue from encounters with these kinds of objects.
