Be sure to watch the video for the explanation of how this works. You could run or not, depending on space and time! If you’re doing the running versio. Time how long it takes you to get through 10” of the love. That’s how long you run after the move. So i didn100 squats and it took me 2 minutes, so I ran 2 minutes. 10” push-ups took me 4 minutes then I ran 4 minutes. 10” sit-ups took me 5.5 minutes so I ran 5.5 minutes. You could even do all of the moves for time, maybe 4-5 moves, then add the whole time up and save the running for the end. Or just go through the entire thing without any running. I’ll be recording full classes tonight.
100 squats
100 push-ups (knees or toes, or you could even sub shoulder taps if 100 push-ups is a lot at where you’re at)
100 sit-ups
100 lunges
100 tricep dips (from floor, bench, box, chair)
100 big flutters/bicycles
100 burpees (sub jumping jacks if my modifications aren’t enough)
These are extras if you’re not including running

100 climbers
100 bridges
100 shoulder taps
