Security footage taken at the location shows a crowded venue filled with people.

A seemingly tense interaction can be seen between two individuals some distance from the recording equipment. Audio did not pick up the conversation due to the amount of loud ambient noise.

One eyewitness stated that through the noise they heard part of a comment made by one individual [A] to the other [B] as follows: "(unheard) make you wet?"

The eyewitness added that the inflection of the comment made them uncomfortable.

The security footage goes on to show [B] react to the comment made by [A], with [B] gesturing quickly with both hands, displaying the middle finger of each towards [A].

[A] is seen making another comment, unheard by any nearby witnesses. 

[B] reacts, heard by many nearby witnesses as loudly saying "Fine then, but you first." 

Footage shows [B] make a gesture with one hand as if flicking a cigarette, though nothing can be seen in or leaving their hand.

[A] appears to liquefy almost instantaneously. First slumping to the floor in a pile of bubbling flesh, bones, and organs which hold shape for 3 seconds before fully liquefying into a large puddle of pink/red fluid.

Nearby people are shown moving away from the interaction in various states of apparent distress while audio picks up screaming from the crowd over the sound of laughter, determined to be coming from [B]. With their back turned to the camera [B] is shown to disrobe and quickly scoop handfuls of the liquid onto their upper body. The view of the recording equipment is partially obscured by a person that falls to the floor. The final 3 frames show a bright flash of red light before the recording equipment ceases to function.

After reviewing time stamp information it has been determined that no calls to emergency services were placed at this time. Cell phones and other electronic devices recovered from witnesses had ceased to function in the same fashion as the recording equipment, preventing witnesses from placing any calls. It was later determined that none of the people in the venue were seriously harmed and all bystanders were accounted for, other than [A] and [B]. Calls were placed to emergency services by several individuals ranging in location, but all were at least 3 blocks from the location of the incident. All individuals mentioned being disturbed by the sight of a flash of bright red light in the distance, though none reported hearing anything unusual.

The two individuals described as [A] and [B] have not been located following the incident.

None of the pink/red liquid (thought to be the remains of [A]) was present at the location following the incident.
