Tail is made completely from scratch in Blender.
Showcase is all in Blender. Tail is posed.
UV Mapping is set up to easily customize the little flag.
I highly suggest editing in an art program of your choice to get the final result you want.
Texture is made for cutout ideally. On Quest it will be more sharp (and I suggest using a solid color for quest).
