Good morning from Chungus HQ, Milfy Cases Update & More

Hey all, hope you had a smashing week. First off, the Milfy Cases demo 0.1 can now be downloaded by Deluxe Supporters as well, get the links here.

Second, while I spent the first half of the week improving and editing the Milfy Cases demo edition, I switched gears as of Wednesday to start reviewing (again) Her Heart's Desire ... the nice thing about digital products is it's easy to make improvements. 

While I made games before putting on the gorilla suit, nothing I've made compares to my work over the past few years, for a variety of reasons. So when I finished Milfy Cases, and then edited everything, there was a list of stuff that I was certain would make HHD an infinitely better game.

Let me give you an example (and feel free to educate me along the journey, I'm always trying to improve). 

In HHD, we have a lot of adult animated scenes with reasonably good audio...but, it takes about an hour or so before you arrive at one of those scenes in the game. If you skip, read super fast, maybe a half hour. That's 30 minutes of play with no sound other than the initial bell for the door, and background tracks.

During that same play session in Milfy Cases, you'd experience about 10-20 unique sound effects. So for the new game, it's immersive, rich, and deep - from the first three minutes until the demo ends.

HHD gives people a different feeling. The way people perceive things, then, means (correctly in this case) ... that the developer spent more time on the sexy scenes than anything else in the game, since those have the most sound engineering - making some players feel, after they experience at least an hour or more, that the developer was a lazy fat ass who didn't care about anything in the game other than the adult scenes.

Hey, maybe that's only in my head, or maybe that's what some chunk of people feel when they play the current version of Her Heart's Desire. 

Based on all this, I'm working for the next week (ish, should be done by end of month at the latest) on a revamped, Audio Edition of Her Heart's Desire. 

There were 65 sounds in the game in the improved 1.05 bonus edition, and now in the WIP, we have 96 sound effect files. The music is the same so far, but the sounds have all been layered in at the appropriate moment, and engineered to enrich the experience.

Also, partially why I'm estimated a week or up to ten more days is I'm reviewing the code, spelling, grammar, transitions (many of those are improved or different), and more. In using more Ren'py language for image transitions for HHD so far, I've also learned a few more things that would make Milfy Cases even better. :) 

Rough schedule then based on what I'm working on is HHD update by end of month, and the MC update 0.11 will be at the end of March, roughly, about five or six weeks after the initial launch. This gives me time to make a similarly sized update to MC as I've done in the past for HHD, as well as make all the remaining improvements to HHD.
