On to bigger and better things, like, this woman. Daisy (name can be changed). Eighteen. Until this morning, in fact, the poor young woman was homeless, and due to lack of options, finds an old family friend.
She asks, politely, if she could move in and become his House Guest. As a writer, the protagonist (name customizable of course) had never thought about being a Landlord. But at 43, with his recently acquired house, he needs to make sure he can deliver the manuscript on time for his publisher, and if Daisy can help with the chores, even better!
Maybe along the way, he'll figure out how to get this Landlord thing down.
