Maybe a little, but with his city's being deemed safe from the undead now, it should come alot easer especially when he starts trading grade 4 essence π

He can take Norke and form a rectangle between his cities, but taking any other city will open it to attacks from at least two sides. He would need to either rapidly fortify it or take several cities at once. Considering he wants at least 50k army to stay in each of his cities, the next major war is probably a long way away, after he recruits hundreds of thousands more.
