Power Greens Salad
Added 2021-02-13 02:38:22 +0000 UTCI used the extra power greens I had from juicing to make a salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, two hard boiled-eggs (I usually have two hard-boiled egg-whites for a snack and give the yokes to my dogs), and a small piece of the cod I made the previous night for Taco Tuesday. I had leftover cod which I re-heated in the oven for my boyfriend and fed him the fish tacos, again, on Wednesday, while I had a salad. I used Penzey’s Country French Vinaigrette to make the salad dressing.
