Upstream submission round 2
Added 2019-02-11 06:56:41 +0000 UTCYesterday I finally finished preparing the second version of DIGImend upstream submissions, trying to bring the kernel up to date with digimend-kernel-drivers development. I tried to address all of Benjamin's requests and added a little more. Let's see how this one goes. I would expect at least one more respin, but with less dramatic changes.
