I can understand if the way something is presented especially harshly it can feel somewhat offensive if you really like the media, but I think the criticism is way more important than having your standards lowered astronomically. I’ve noticed some YouTubers or even common movie goers get mad at people who do MCU videos. Even though they’re absolutely fair to criticize and in my opinion some of the worst entertainment out there as of late. They lump bad criticism with good ones to make the whole thing less credible. Which is a shame whenever I see well crafted videos from you or others be put under that. Appreciate the reply!

Yeah, and this kind of critique isn’t for everyone so they’re welcome to just not watch it, but I do it mostly because I’m invested in it and think having consistent standards when it comes to critique is important, and hope to provide to others interested in it as well

Seen a lot of people complain (mostly bird man and the like, holy shit he’s a keyboard warrior in his comments lol) but I think criticism for these films or any film is important. You’ll either grow to appreciate it more for being so well done or realize some of it (or all of it) may not hold up logically/consistently with its story or themes. Huge in Dr stranges case. Really looking forward to more, keep it up :)
