Added 2025-08-04 11:52:31 +0000 UTCI am stuck between two choices regarding how the story will move forward during and after the date of Aegon's conquest.
First option is that Aegon and his sisters don't believe Ei is a god, try their luck, and get obliterated, and following that would be Ei's campaign against the Free Cities to end slavery, piracy, and other abominable acts.
Second option is that Aegon understands that conquering the Seven Kingdoms isn't possible anymore with a literal god owning a large swath of land that divides the continent into two, and decided conquering Essos is a better option, in which both sides come to blows down the line, with Aegon's descendants against Ei and her forces.
