KoD Patron Pick v3

It's time for another patron pick! For those who are new, it varies month to month, but it offers a chance for any $15+ patron to suggest something they'd like to see in a sexual set up from the upcoming update: maybe a sexual position, a fetish, an interesting scenario?
After everyone votes on their favorite ideas, we'll look at the most popular suggestions. Though we do reserve the right to choose or tweak scenes so that they'll fit the story and setting, generally the most popular suggestion gets into the game!
Do have in mind this will be one CG.

The patron pick for the fourth update involves a sexy picnic!

Next version Sabia will be involved in training and sparring events preparing for something bigger, so in that task she will get help from both Lutvrog and Neve.
At one point however, after days of training and hard work, Neve and Lutvrog will decide to help Sabia relax and have a deserved rest as they go just to have fun somewhere outside of the orc camp.
On that event as they are having fun and a good time, if Sabia has had the special scenes with both of them, Lutvrog and Neve will take things even further and surprise Sabia with outdoor threesome.

So this is the set up of the scene you have to suggest, how and in what scene do the 3 of them participate in?
