Its a neck collar (hat), traqueostomy tube (collar), head bandage (earrings), bionic eyes (earrings)and body (face paint), arm cast (gloves) a new wheel chair vehicle (bike) and dining chair version of it, plus silver surfer skin (full clothing) and his surf board (bike).
How to install.
1. Unzip the zip file with 7zip into your mods folder. Enjoy.

I love the Silver Surfer board and that it actually flies! Could you make Green Goblin's Glider and make it work the same way?
