Function---> Activities and skills--> Fitness activities
Where the punching bag icon is. And cost $30
To use it just click on the object and a Shake ! iteraction will appear.
Installation.
Put the package into your mods folder. Enjoy.

Very nice, but why don´t you first update your old objects and mods before you make new ones ? You had made so many good objects which just need a update (like garbage incinerator).
