Poll - A Change in Style

So, I've been discussing with the client for A Harem His Own, and looking at my ever-dwindling funds, and realized that I should probably change some of my billing stuff if I'm going to be continuously taking on these larger commissions. This also holds the potential for a complete rework of how my preview system works.

The first commission that used this payment style was, I believe, Djezmonique, but basically, it's a "pay as I go" style. A payment comes in for a chunk, gets done, and then I just sit on it until the next payment comes through (or rather, I get ahead).

There's some positive, and negative with this format. On the positive end, since each chunk of the story is paid for, I could actually do more Patreon previews with each completed part. By that same front, beyond last minute editing corrections when the final product is released, there will be very little surprise for the story. when it's fully released.

The overall though:
Positive
- More Previews
- Quicker Payments (maybe)
- More Flexibility for Clients
- Could Work on Multiple Projects

Negative
- No Surprises for Patrons
- Potential for "Dead Commissions" (clients backing out halfway through)
- Being Dependent on Repeat Payments to Continue Pieces
- More Simultaneous Work

Those are just kind of the bits off the top of my head. I've never minded working out payment options with clients if they need, if I make it official, there's a likely chance people will come just for it...

So I'm going to put it to a vote on whether I should open up this new payment format as something official, because it could go both ways.

A suggestion for the "Pay as you go" method you just put on patreon? Include a option for either "adopt a story" option or a disclaimer that an abandoned commission because wholly your's at a set time period, and you can re-work and publish it as you see fit. Maybe keep the "half upfront" rule for the pay-go option to help ward off exploitation.
