From Bad to Worse
Added 2019-08-29 13:08:43 +0000 UTCSorry it's been nothing but bad news lately, but it hasn't been much easier here. I'm still kind of in shock but just after I got that commission I got news my grandfather was in hospital. I didn't really need more on my plate, and something like this was a real kick in the teeth. He's heavy on morphine to the point he doesn't even recognize anyone, and they've said he doesn't have long. My grandmother needs the support right now. As much as I enjoy work and wanna hit my deadlines, it's just not possible this time.
I'm gonna peck away at my work when I have time in the coming weeks, but it looks like there's funeral arrangements to be talked about, and every moment of clarity is a previous commodity.
