There's a killer with a keen eye and a thirst for blood stalking this city, and a hard-boiled detective losing his sanity trying to catch him.
How does he choose his victims? Does he have a motive for these seemingly random acts of atrocities?

General Bug Fixes:
Fixed issue where Sniper Ammo UI would sometimes incorrectly display all ammo as loaded.
Fixed issue where players could soft-lock themselves in some levels by killing an NPC at the same moment another NPC was escaped
Fixed issue where checkpoints would not always properly reset.
Fixed an issue where the FPS cap did not work. ever. It works now.
Minor Changes:
Decreased intensity of bullet drop in Case 17 (The Bridge)

Added UI text "E" to the Dialogue UI continue arrow.
Added UI text "R to Reload" for when the Sniper needs to be reloaded.
General Bug Fixes:
Fixed issue causing Case 14 to not unlock in the chapters menu
Fixed issue causing Case 15 to not unlock in the chapters menu
Fixed issue causing some audio to not play at the start of Case 21
Fixed an issue where Sniper Ammo UI would not properly update / refill when restarting a level or progressing to another level while the magazine is partially empty
