What I don't like about is that these things are coming in a package deal. Bret's and Drea's primary opposition is to political correctness/wokeness. This is true with so many people. What I don't understand is where vaccines and Ukraine come into the picture. I can pretty much guarantee that whatever was about to come out of Drea's mouth about Ukraine was going to be pure misinformation and deflection, and whatever 'research' was done was simply to find a contrarian viewpoint. There is no defending what is going on there and it is extremely important to support the Ukrainians in their fight not only for their sake but for ours. There are atrocities committed there every day and have been for 2 years now, showing support for it is not 'virtue signaling'. Allowing that situation to go on could have all sorts of negative effects on global stability. I personally believe in getting the vaccine but am fine with people not getting it. The only point of lockdowns was to keep hospitals from getting overcrowded, and the vaccine's only real purpose was to keep people out of the hospital if they got covid. Now that the threat of overcrowding is no longer an issue I don't see a point in harassing people who didn't get the shot by not offering them employment. That sounds more like a Hollywood thing as I don't believe the vast majority of employers would check that at this point.

Yeah, I'm not sure what that was supposed to mean either. I'd be shocked if she wasn't already doing the convention circuit. I mean if you're making the rounds, doing conventions it's not out of the realm to get someone like that for a podcast appearance.

But really what more could you say about it that hasn't been said in the countless other podcasts, interviews, books and bonus materials in the blu-ray boxset? If you'd like more I guess I'd go check out the podcast she was referring to here in this interview.

This was a brilliant episode! Glad to hear Drea speaking her truth unapologetically. Loved her on The Sopranos and I loved her in this interview. My respect for her grew even more!
