I had such a funny reaction to this two parter. I found the host's descriptions of this writer's book super engaging and intriguing. Then the longer the conversation went the less interested I became in the guest and her story. Until her thoughts on the Eagles- I love that question- virtually capsized any interest I initially had. Strange.

It all came together in such a satisfying way I couldn’t believe it. I teared up because it reminded me of the good-old-boys love and camaraderie of my rural youth.
