To save time, I did a majority of the completed image in Photoshop, but I tried to do a significant portion of it in procreate for more of the video. Here's all the files associated with that~

For things made in Procreate, I tend to color in one layer, but normally I do tend to kind of organize it spacially or by character, rather than by color - and I do flats first, and use that as a sort of point of reference, but make a duplicate of that layer to do shading on. But if I need to select a specific color for any reason, I can select it from the flat colors version.
