Changes on Raffles : yay or nay?

so there's this article...
it kinda makes sense, though, I mean, there'll be some unlucky patrons without winning any raffle after a year or so, and someone might win more than once, as well.
so I figure to discuss this with you guys, what would you want?
1. changing the raffle to more vote points.
patrons of 5+ USD will receive 1 additional vote point (resulting in 4 votes for 5 usd, 8 votes for 10 usd, 10 votes for 20 usd, 13 votes for 70 usd)
2. changing the raffle to 1 more sketch winner
instead of 3 winners, there will be 4 winners :)
3. changing the raffle to more extra stuffs
winning sketch voting with 2nd highest poll number gains extra stuffs
4. NO CHANGE! keep the raffle!
