Wooo - The dream representation of the half elvish childhood. Sha'ra was a Raven cadet, in that she was able to become a mage as well as passing the physical requirements. Her training also included magical study, but primarily focuses on combat. Sparrow training on the other hand would only allow for basic reading and math skills.

So what does this dream represent? The blue heads are Elves devouring a red sea which buoys the isolated cells the half elves swim through. It is not a flattering representation.

You are right. Dream sequences are there for artistic and sexual exploration. Male Half elves who do not meet expectations rarely survive. The graduation tests are brutal. One involves being thrown off of a cliff and surviving. Others involve harsh training competitions that almost always end with a few casualties. Upon maturity, a graduating cohort averages around 10% losses throughout their entire time in training.

Great imagery. I imagine dream sequences let you flex your artistic impulses. Considering their society, I'm curious what happens to the half elves that fail to meet the Divines standards. Death, exile, or just a low position in society?
