I was waiting for Dan to 'post again here' to let us know, but after reading the recent messages here I tried again the fireside link now works for me in Apple podcasts, though still not working in Castro. Disappointed that there is such little regard shown for patrons in relation to communication on this issue.

Was this all to force early adopters that had been paying only a dollar to cough up 4 more?

i went to https://roadwork.fireside.fm/subscribe and used the button ‘get my personal feed’ entered my patreon email address and it sent me a custom podcast url in email. if you use apple podcasts or overcast that one should work for you

When was the email sent out with a new url? I don't think I received anything..

i got my url in email but Castro says it’s invalid. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ update: it works in Overcast and Apple Podcasts so i guess i’m the jerk for not using those apps.

Another possible direction: make sure you're at the right subscription tier (Squadron Leader). For me, even though I was contributing $5/month, which is enough to qualify for Squadron Leader, I was listed at the now-nonexistent lower tier, with a custom higher amount. I had to cancel my membership and resubscribe at exactly the same cost, but a different tier, and that unlocked a few missing bonus episodes (specifically episode 242's bonus episode).

I increased my pledge just now to see if that would do it and nothing. I also regularly check my spam folder. Nothing.

I see three bonus episodes dated later than Jan 17, namely 245 (Jan 27), 246 (Feb 3) and 249 (Feb 24).

Check your junk mail, Lombardo. Mine sent right away but got caught as spam - but came back saying my Patreon account email address didn’t verify as a patron.

I’m on iOS using Apple Podcasts app. Public shows are available on the public Road Work feed, including up to the present episodes, but the last show appearing on the “secret bonus content” Patreon subscription feed stops at the Jan 17 show. Followed steps to resubscribe to the pay feed, and the link just took me to the free feed. Maybe there just ARE no secret bonus content episodes since Jan 17?

I've used the "personal feed" form on the website 3 times in the last month (including yesterday) and it never has sent me an email. :(

Jochen posted this in Gary's Van on FB, and it worked for me: If you go to the website and click ”Subscribe” there is a button at the very bottom where you can claim your personal feed. It is a very strange system because it doesn’t log you into Patreon and asks you to grant permission to Fireside as would be normal, but it merely takes your email and probably looks you up in Dan’s list of supporters. It works fine for me: https://roadwork.fireside.fm/subscribe

Do you use Pocket Casts? I do, and I just realized that the bonus episodes I was missing are actually visible when using other clients (I had success with Podcast Addict on Android and Apple Podcasts on iOS). It's very likely due to the issue that Devin mentioned in one of the previous comments in this thread.

Hello Dan and John! I really miss the hidden bonus magic thought-provoking content after I sing along with the Star-Spangled Banner of the public show. Please, for the love of all possible cheesecakes, let all of us back into that warm Patreon glow of maximum Dan and John! Fixify most quickly the RSS Member feed!
