Hey, my question got answered! I was wondering if it got lost, but the other after show topics since I sent it in have been a lot more interesting, so I kind of figured Dan was (rightly) prioritizing those.
Maybe Dan is right that someone who started with the podcasts wouldn't be surprised by John's singing voice. I did start with The Long Winters, before Roderick On The Line existed, so that checks out. I guess what I was thinking is just that John's podcast voice is sort of this low burbly gravelly thing, punctuated with the occasional cough or huge belly laugh. Whereas his singing voice is, as he said, LOUD and CLEAR.
