just a thought, take it or leave it and sorry if it is out of turn but … you’re telling a story about your crisis of identity (as a storyteller no longer able to practice in public online) in the aftermath of a globally viral scandal, which centered you as the villain of your own story — a story about the parenting of your daughter. you lost your train of thought in this episode while providing context to a story you were about to tell about your daughter representing herself to the world and the importance of her own agency. maybe there is a connection there, and the “lost” moments you are having recently are just a healthy cognitive response to protect yourself as you start to dig into emotions you had to hold at a distance while that tornado blew through. just a consideration that came to me the moment you exclaimed “oh! i remember!”
