Hey there, peeps!

Welcome to the 20s! Kind of weird to say, but here we are!

So yeah! Mostly just working on getting the commissions cleared out right now (what else is new?) We're steadily chipping away, though the last few months have been a bit tiring. With the holidays over, though, it should level out a bit.

I finally paid off my taxes from last year, so that's great! n.n! Now I can focus on doing and getting my taxes in order for THIS year. XD

What a pain in my ass.

For this coming year, I'm going to try and talk less and do more. I want to act on my impulses, working the things I'm excited about and stop waiting for things to happen or keep other things from keeping me from doing the things I want to do. If I keep making myself miserable, then everything's just going to drag on forever.

To that end, with the exception of commissions (because my clients deserve to know how their stuff is going, after all,) I'm going to try and stop talking about the things I'm working on until I'm reasonably close to or already finished with them, because I don't want to get hung up on the things I want to do and then never be able to do them.

I'm excited about my stuff, but in the past I've kept myself from working on stuff I'm excited about in order to focus down other things, so I end up being miserable and then I have to explode and announce or talk about something which gets rid of the excitement, but also makes me tired and not really want to do the thing anymore. Just venting my enthusiasm so I don't have to deal with the frustration of not being able to act on it.

Well, no more! I'm going to act on the things. No more promises or dates, just stuff getting done. Hopefully this will help me be more enthusiastic and also, well, help me have the energy to get the other stuff done, too.

Over on Patreon, I'm going to be getting around to my backlog of rewards fairly soon! I've got a lot of stuff to do there and on my sites, so hopefully I'll have the time to work on paying all that back, soon.
