Hey peeps! Well the sleep schedule thing hasn’t been working out, because of things that needed to be done and general sickness/malaise/frustration but that’s alright. I’m doing my best to take things easy because the next couple of months coming up are going to require a lot of work and I need to be able to focus. So let’s see what we’re doing.

(8/6) Commissions are OPEN!! Five (5) slots and one (1) conscript stream spot open!

Rent is made! But the next few months are going to require a good bit of cash flow, so I’d like to make sure that everything is secure.

Commissions are open! I’ve got five slots open for characters/portraits/character sheets so if you haven’t gotten anything from me, or want to get in line for more stuff, now is a good time!

I’m also putting up one spot for a conscript stream! Because I know people like those but I want to make sure they’re spaced because people tend to like them asap.

I know I’ve talked to a couple of people about comic things in the past (Drillkiller, Jon, etc.) and a few other people who were holding off so this isn’t in with that, message me if you’re good to go. We’ll just keep that on hold until you all are ready.

If you want to commission me, send me a message and we’ll discuss it! If I run out of slots, I’ll put you on the call list so I can get to you once something opens up!

If I manage to work down ALL my commissions this month (there’s a lot, I know) then I’d like to open up Sketch on the Spot again on Fridays with some new modified rules! So we’ll see how that goes! I’m hoping!

(8/6) Various Happenings ... updating sporadically, again! (D’oh!)

So yeah, I jumped the gun a little bit. Rent busted us and we need money for groceries and that kind of thing, so my paid work is going to come first. I have to make my clients happy and as much as I love the comic, it takes a back seat to keeping the bills paid. It makes me sad, but for now, I’m going to have to work on it slowly and just post it when I have a page finished. So I’ll do it when I can.

This month is going to be pretty simple, make the bills and do what we need to do. Dicy’s tuition reimbursement for last semester should cover the first chunk of things, but we’ll have to work really hard to cover things coming up in September. I’ve got plans for that, so we’ll just see how it all goes.
