Ping Ming is a Beta..so he is not really sensitive to it. but when the intensity of pheromones from an S-Class alpha becomes very high, he does feel some discomfort and suffocation. But he is not affected to the extend of other omegas and lower level Alphas - hence why he is still able to manage standing beside Shaoyou.
