This is so late, but I only just got around to watching and...I was just as frustrated as ya'll in that scene with Jun and the rash lol. Clearly he wasn't having a full allergic reaction to whatever the grass was Jun touched, but it was still most likely irritation of the epidermis caused probably by some irritant on the plant surface. No he won't die, but judging by him having visible rashes, there's probably inflammation and we saw him scratching. So still very uncomfortable for Jun. And then Sorn just.... that man has zero bedside manner. I honestly just felt bad for Jun, it's was so clear in that moment Sorn didn't even care enough to think about whether Jun was uncomfortable because of the rash. And when he was saying he wanted a shower! Clearly the irritation was bothering him! I was literally sat here saying '' This is the definition of medical malpractice'' lol As a science student, that whole part just hurt me haha
