Everyone at the camp had respected Thun's decision not to fight Typhoon (even though they'd be better off financially) and had only gone along with the match because they were under the impression that he had been willing. Which is why the Dad thought he'd be okay with the second one. Keen's lie could have caused big problems for the camp (reputationally and financially), if Thun hadn't agreed (after the fact) to fight. And now they're facing that financial threat again, because of the initial lie. Pakorn probably wants Typhoon to use some kind of performance enhancing drug. "I thought I could beat Thun on my own." He obviously can't so now he has to juice. That strange call Dad got about Win being arrested seems like a scam call. I wonder if it's going to happen again later (with real repercussions) since he didn't mention it to anyone. Meaning no one's on the alert for it and warning him about phone scams/voice phishing. Here goes this stupid loanshark storyline being stupid. The man was paying you and the next installment isn't due for a month, but yes, let's get him arrested. He'll definitely be able to come up with the money in jail.
