2025-02-28 15:20:03 +0000 UTCI want/need to be more like Sei. He speaks his mind. I tend to bottle everything up especially if it's about emotions (this goes for friendships and relationships). So if there's something wrong or I feel hurt in my relationship, I don't say a word. I rehearse the conversation in my head multiple times for different potential scenarios, and yet, clam up during the real conversation. I can express myself quite well in writing (I was always handwriting letters or writing poetry to which I still can't read aloud to my friends of 10+ years) but could never verbalize those thoughts. I could tear my heart open on paper and give it to the people I care about to read, but I can't voice those sentiments. I've gotten a smidge better with my friends, but as I haven't had a partner in my adult years, I haven't had the chance to improve myself in that regard.
