Long+thick/mixed/medium came out in front, so we're riffing on those.
There's quite a lot here, and arguably you're picking between very few differences, but this will be the starting point of the next phase where more specific elements can be changed. Those might be eyelash thickness, eyelash thickness/spikiness, how connected the upper/lower lines are, iris design etc.
I again encourage you to worry less about the final executions that you see above and more the potential character/personality you see in the eyes. Some are very exciteable, some very alert, some on-edge, some comfortable, some dopey. Of course, in actual art, the expression will change anyway, but this is our default subtle personality setter.
