I was recovering from a surgery this week (went well!) and some other personal issues came up so we weren't able to get ahead on our Nightz recording.
Instead we hope you enjoy this exclusive episode from the vault with Zach Kornfeld of the Try Guys which we recorded back in 2021 and then I uploaded it and and got sad and never released it. that's two independent events, zach did not cause my sadness.

I HAD THAT EXACT SAME NOISE TIC AS A KID!!! People made me feel so awful about it that I did everything in my power to squelch it, which ironically led to me becoming extremely anxious and self conscious from like from a very young age. This is a huge day for me, I feel so seen
