Glad it helped Dagmar! I appreciate your kind words and your support! 🤘

Thanks for shortening the video for us 🙏 I share your sentiment that super long videos can be intimidating. I enjoyed seeing the progress you made with this second version. The warmer tone really adds a lot to the overall aesthetic. From this video I learned it's ok to cheat reality a bit. I too felt worried about using several lights in my renders, but I can see how the thin rim lights add a lot of life to the product shot.

double check in the node editor if a triplanar node is being used. If triplanar is being used in the node editor, that overrides your projection type in the tag, or if a UV mapping node is used in the node editor is the same thing

For example I'm using one of your Tyre textures.. I'm trying to scale it an rotate it.. I just threw it on the object, put the tag on cubic and tried using the gimzo in texture mode.. But nothing happened.. Meh

Thanks! Glad you liked it. Redshift doesn't have a transform node but it does have a UV projection node that you can use to map a texture as cubic. For rotating or scaling you have to use the values in the texture node under UV map. Alternatively you can map your texture and control scaling and rotation via the texture tag and using the texture gizmo in the viewport

Loved it! Jesus, i have a question.. im coming from octane, where you can rotate-scale-move textures using the TEXTURE MODE and a cubic project for example.. how can i do the same in redshift?
