There's a programming to focus on the ones that reach us through the thinning of the veil and slow decay of Earth's natural protections.
Should give you a relief and make you remember how 10 years ago felt like. My recommendation is to start slow because it can be very powerful on the first listens.

2025-03-22 05:31:33 +0000 UTCits been 5 weeks and i can feel the big difference, ill do 2 more weeks. it was an interesting ride. i can tell the freedom from entities (which the funny thing is, this helped me really realized or confirm by first experience that the closest entities around us are the very ones we ourselves create.) very impactual life changing audio. thank you again. ..NOW... the only thing PU is that indeed it eliminates all said in the tittle, but energy vampires ... no... and the thing is that because the space is clearer and cleaner they reach easier and faster yikes. its been 4 days of feeling more of them, pulling energy from my plexus, and womb, i have protections! my aura is strong without leaking or holes but they still siphon off. ive had to literally spread around holy water, and add and extra layer of protection. it subsided. i could barely feel them trying to, last night i was so tired i didnt spread holy water on my bed, or rub it around my plexus, thymus etc and sure enough i felt them again, they were like enjoying the freedom to steal again! i say them but maybe is just one. the thing is that my God even from my face they wanted to eat up and suck lol i dont get scared nah, but i dont want them sucking my energy off. plueaseeee create an audio for that. this dimension / Earth is FULL. PACKED. of vampires. i suggested the other day in the other channel, a sigil we can draw over the chakras, specially plexus, third eye and sacral, for whatever reason i picked up that it would be the fastest strongest way. i beg lol thank you!

I need to post the general, more basic ones to prevent new users from making mistakes. They also need general guidelines, that work for everyone. I'm not comfortable with this situation (listening guidelines being vague) but the improvement comes with a website with a FAQ / a post talking about this in details, so that will have to do for now. At least it's objective.

The conceptualization of 'good interaction' and 'bad interaction' isn't hard and I think everyone would do a safe programming for this, without even thinking too much about it. Their innate psychic abilities would just be able to do it with the natural experience from life. I also take weeks/months making the concepts so there's no way to get this wrong. If the field protects you from a connection, then the connection was draining and harassing you.

If you have clairsentience awakened to a degree, you'll immediately feel how much is enough. If not, I'd heed the recommendation. The "ride" comes after you play the field, not during. It takes time for it to complete its work. Some fields can linger anywhere from days to months and years. It's "software" and "commands" which get filtered by your 'hardware" (physical and subtle bodies, etc)... running the same field for prolonged periods only burdens your "RAM". The ideal approach would be to spend 7ish days following the recommendation and taking note of how you feel during the day - AS WELL AS - focusing on whether any effect is taking place. If not, use whatever field you need to connect with your higher self and just ask what the potential reasons for the absence of results could be. If your clairaudience is not online at all, you'll likely get the answer as a "random thought" - so keep your phone handy and be ready to take notes (don't focus on this, just go about your day normally). Looping is just not the right way to go about these things - it is a sign of an inefficiency at some level. Our goal should always be to optimize things the best we can. There is also a mild level of essokinesis involved, so most results happen in real-time even if you don't notice them.

As always, when PU says "it is a hard field, start slow", it usually means for me to loop it for at least an hour lol. I think PU is super psychic hence his warnings as he is coming from his own perspective and how he experiences his own fields. However, most normal people do need much more looping even with the hardest fields in order to barely notice anything. Or maybe it is just me and I can handle a lot stronger fields? Either way, I think this is a super important field that everyone should loop. PS: I love the music!

But the next morning something impressive happened. I was working with other fields and suddenly it was as if a huge blockage or cord had been removed from my heart. I felt a short moment of panic and it physically hurt a lot, but afterwards I felt reborn. It was like I was finally able to work on something that I couldn't before. Even this morning I feel light and free and joy in my heart as if I have made a quantum leap. As I said, I would like to mention that when this happened, I was using other fields. However, these were not new to me and I have never achieved such an effect with them before. 2025-02-06 08:45:16 +0000 UTC@PU would this cut connection to ancestors and deceased relatives? i call them in, in a lot of my healings and tarot readings for myself and the patients ancestors too, i instantly feel their warm presence surrounding me and their help is amazing. so i guess they are always close by (or is it just a strong mental connection ive developed?) i dont want that ability or closeness to go away, i always call the benevolent ones and i never feel drained or that one stays and bothers at all. but for instance ive been having lots of dreams with my deceased relatives the past 2 days since i played this audio like 12 times (i knowwww haha) so please tell me if that would go away too :( thank you. like i literally only played it 2 days ago all those loops and i feel my deceased relatives like rushing to give me messages in dreams fearing im cutting their cords, so i havent played it again wondering what to do (while my frikking brain gets better after the awful overwhelm i caused it with so many loops)

A lot of them are born from the parts of us we don't want to admit exist or outright reject without proper reconciliation or alchemization. I am not as naive as to think that there aren't beings which are outright malicious and beyond redemption by choice, but also, there are many which we've pushed over the threshold by lacking Compassion and Empathy.
