Headache Relief (Crystal Alchemy)
Added 2024-08-11 17:48:03 +0000 UTCHeadaches have a lot of causes. When severe, they can be a nightmare because sometimes it's hard to pinpoint the cause and, in most cases, we're left with no choice but to endure it until it passes.
Crystals are known for their holistic approach, sometimes solving things that are caused by things we don't even understand enough. Having this valuable capability of crystals in mind, I had the idea to create an alchemy of the crystals Sodalite and Smoky Quartz to relieve headaches and migraines.
Just remember they have a cause and you will need to investigate more about it, and while it's unlikely this field makes your headaches completely vanish, it should be able to give you a good relief. They should work on the cause too, but to a limited extent, so keep doing what you can to solve your situation.
2~3 times per session. Then wait 1 hour. If it doesn't improve, use two more times and wait another hour.
