Fluid intelligence is the ability to think logically and problem-solve in new situations, independent of acquired knowledge. It enhances problem-solving and adaptability, and fosters creativity and better decision-making. Boosting fluid intelligence benefits everyday tasks, academic and professional settings, and equips individuals for the complexities of modern life.
While some strategies may slightly enhance fluid intelligence, expecting large and permanent boosts, especially in adulthood, is unrealistic. Not for us though :)

I no longer feel stuck anymore when I get stuck on something I can't figure out it's like the answers just flow and I usually can find a solution. Also my classes in college have become much easier even though they are difficult courses and when interacting with people it's like I know what to say at the right moment which hardly happens lol. That would take care of most of the brain related needs on human level 😀
