What I see is someone playing politics rather than just setting it all ablaze as you should. That and when you should act on the vengeance you hesitate to monologue rather than just lashing out at them when they are weakest...like you did with Flint, you should have just had the ice go right through him rather than taunt and give an opportunity for someone to sneak up on you like the greasy haired bastard did.
