As for the Portkeys they can be activated by the phrase Portus. It's not too much of a spoiler for me to tell you that she had not intended to leave as the fight was starting.

So she basically just manipulated the hell out of Harry by making him think she was going with him. This is completely ignoring the fact that Harry let her win the tournament and I’m furious about that. He should have crushed her. All that “I missed you” bull crap, should’ve just wiped the floor with her and not said a word to her. I really don’t like Elaine right now. Just let Harry be done with her and maybe just get with one of Lilly’s friends. Anyway as always another banger even if I was disappointed in how harry handled this whole thing. Another long week ahead waiting for next Tuesday
