See if I was Harry I would make a list of every known Deatheater from his time, every potential ally of Tommy in his time and start crossing names off the list one after the other, but when taking out the deatheaters or potential ones not just them, their whole family must go root and stem scorched earth. Use General Sherman's method of total war. That way you will not have to worry about any of their family or friends coming back to get ya later. Whether they are innocent for not joining his cause or directly being involved does not matter, they were back in Harry's time so they must go. But when taking them out make an example of them first and ensure that a message is left for Tommy to hopefully taunt him more that his time is coming.
